I used pureed pumpkin instread of applesauce, AP flour instead of GF flour, canola instead of coconut oil, coconut flour instead of coconut shreds, and extra oats/flour instead of almond flour. What do you suggest I do? They were easy to make and I substituted grounded oats for the almond meal, and oat milk for the almond milk. I’m gonna bake these ASAP.
